Eternal Properties is a sci-fi thriller that follows Sabrina Lee (Kahyun Kim), private nurse to Julian Milton (Nick Ballard), the eccentric founder of the longevity program Project Paradigm. Inside his carefully calibrated mansion, every action is optimized and every movement is monitored by Charlie, Julian’s advanced home AI system. Although Sabrina has her doubts about Julian’s methods, he one day reveals a startling development: his quest for immortality just might be working.

Sabrina lives with her own mortality fears: she carries an inherited risk for the cancer that killed her mother. As she approaches the age her mother was when she died, she finds herself drawn to Julian’s calculated certainty. When he offers the chance for Sabrina to join Project Paradigm as its first female subject, she can’t say no. 

Sabrina begins the trial and enters a strange new world, part science experiment, part twisted love affair. But she soon learns that cheating death comes at a dangerous cost. How far will both of them go to never die?

Eternal Properties grapples with themes that are both timely and timeless, including our present-day obsession with self-optimization, our growing dependence on technology, and the age-old perils of thinking we can control life’s fundamental properties.
